| Nancy Barker and Veronica Hulse were Information Systems Professionals and held various positions from Software Developer to MIS Director over their 16 and 10 year careers.
|
|
|
| They then took this experience with them as they transitioned their careers to the recruitment and placement industry in 1995, when they became technical recruiters for one of the leading recruiting companies in the Baltimore/Washington area.
|
|
|
| Since then they have built solid reputations for quality and specialized service. As their experience grew so did their commitment to maintain the highest levels of personal service, confidentiality, and ethics in the recruiting industry.

| Our recruitment process begins with visits to worksites to assess corporate culture and the technical and interpersonal skills required for long-term success within an organization. Both hiring managers and candidates are interviewed in-person so that we can do a better job matching position requirements and corporate culture considerations to skill sets, personality type, and work ethic.
